Counter
As the first point of contact, you’ll greet and seat guests, take orders, manage transactions, and coordinate takeout. You’ll also support baristas and servers to keep service running smoothly. This role requires multitasking, attention to detail, and a commitment to hospitality.
Server
As a server, you’ll provide warm hospitality while showcasing our high-quality food and coffee. You’ll take orders, serve guests, and ensure a seamless dining experience with efficiency and care.
Barista
As a barista, you’ll craft high-quality coffee and drinks while keeping the bar running smoothly. From dialing in espresso to steaming milk to perfection, you’ll uphold our commitment to quality.
back of house
Our Back of House team is the engine that keeps Wake Coffee & Kitchen running. From prepping ingredients to cooking dishes with precision, plating with care, and keeping the kitchen organized, BOH is all about execution, efficiency, and attention to detail. Line Cook
